To begin, we hear Montrell Jones complaining about his bad hamstring. As a result, he sits out at least the next drill.
Evaluation Drill #8: Each of the remaining six players has to make 50 receptions as fast as they can. The one who finishes faster wins. The guest for this challenge is former Cowboys fullback Daryl Johnston.
Eddie Moten: 1:38.2
Moses Washington: 1:42.33
Ahmaad Smith: 1:26.36
Andrew Hawkins: 1:24.53
Jesse Holley: 1:20.4- WIN!
We then learn from host Michael Irvin that Washington's suffering from a groin injury and Moten has a knee injury. Moten then gets into an argument with the host about not getting any treatment on his injury prior to getting on the field.
After everybody eats some food from Popeye's, it's time for the next drill.
Evaluation Drill #9: Both teams are trying to control the clock here. Every time a WR catches a pass and goes out of bounds, the scrimmage line moves 10 yards in their direction; otherwise, the scrimmage line moves 10 yards in the direction of the DBs. The first team to score five times wins.
Jones sits out his second drill in a row.
1. WRs (1)
2. WRs (2)
3. WRs (3)
4. WRs (4)
5. WRs- SWEEP!
SUDDEN DEATH DRILL: In the danger zone this week are Montrell Jones and Moses Washington. This works the same way as the last one between Ahmaad Smith & Speedy Gonzales.
By a final score of 3-1...
...the DBs have gotten the last laugh this evening- Montrell Jones is going home.
