7/1/2009 Results

Silent Library: Coming inside the building today are Pedro (Bronx), Sean (New City, NY), Winder (Brooklyn), Jarrett (Long Beach, NY), Greg (Ossining, NY) & Michael (Bronx).

$300 Round:

1. Sean's first up with a challenge called "Under Armed". Each teammate must pluck off one of his underarm hairs.
RESULT: PASS ($300)

2. Here comes a challenged called "Meat Spin" for Winder. He has to endure three sausage numchuck attacks.
RESULT: PASS ($600)

3. Sean next has to eat some "Sweet Red Corn" within 30 seconds. To be exact, it's a cob of corn covered in lipstick.
RESULT: FAIL

$400 Round:

1. Pedro's challenge is called "Passion Fish". Remember, any contestant who gets this has to French kiss a catfish for 20 seconds.
RESULT: FAIL

2. Sean gets his third challenge of the day, which is called "Head Ping". He has to withstand a barrage of ping pong balls.
RESULT: PASS ($1,000)

3. Challenge #4 for Sean is "Mouth Fizzle". For 15 seconds straight, he has to keep some water and crushed Alka-Seltzer in his mouth.
RESULT: PASS ($1,400)

$800 Round:

1. Pedro's got a challenge called "Exploded Candy Drop". After dropping some Mentos into a bottle of soda, he has to drink some of the spewing soda for 20 seconds.
RESULT: PASS ($2,200)

2. Michael's first game all day is called "Dizzy Bat Lady". He must first spin ten times around a baseball bat. Then, he must run to a beautiful girl and withstand a baseball hit from her without falling.
RESULT: PASS ($3,000)

We don't have enough time for a third challenge this round today.

$1,000 Challenge: In "Spitted Shoot", Jarrett has to suffer through a series of spitballs from his teammates.
RESULT: PASS

Gosh--I don't know what hurt worse, actually doing the course and hearing that I didn't make it in time, or watching how close I was on TV!!! AHHHH!
