Fitness Challenge #4: They have to complete a missed air drop simulation. It starts with the team climbing up a hill to some supplies that they have to collect before going up to the top of the hill, where a target is located. At that target, they have to build a tent before each member of the team gets inside it and places all of the supplies in there to finish the challenge.
The first team to finish this challenge, after a total time of two hours and three minutes, and has won this week's FIVE-POINT FIT FACTOR BONUS is...
...the Red Team; that's their third challenge victory out of four this season! Not too long after that, Sebastian Bach & Tanisha Thomas get into a shouting match between each other.
Dead Weight #4: For the first time ever, AN ENTIRE TEAM is designated the DW; in this case, the Blue Team has to do the challenge they just attempted backwards.
After that's done, everybody gets to watch messages from home.
This week's PT Session takes place indoors, and they're forced to do some dancing.
