This is Firefighters Week, and the first one to compete is Eric Kuck, originally from Farmingdale, NY (who is a fire chief and a paramedic).
(Note: The contestant and time clock graphics are mostly red for this episode only, with a special "MTWI" firefighting logo in all of them.)

$10,000: "Bulb Balance"- After pouring salt on some light bulbs, he has to stick an egg on two of them and have them both stay on top of the bulbs for three seconds straight.
He gets...NOTHING to work, so he's the second straight contestant to leave with that much; all three contestants who have gotten ZONKED have lost on the $10K level.
Hoping to leave with anything is L.A. firefighter Cedrick Cleveland.
