Final Challenge: One hour is given for the two finalists to make something for each of Chef Ramsay's five chosen executive chefs from London.
Round 1 (James Durrant- Head Chef of Maze):
Holli Ugalde: Virgin Bloody Mary with tomatoes & Worchestershire foam
Jay Santos: Shot of ice cold tomato water
Round 2 (Diego Cardoso- Head Chef of Murano):
Holli: Caviar quartet
Jay: Grilled lamb loin served over a Greek Salad
Round 3 (Clare Smith- Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road):
Holli: Foie Gras
Jay: Bacon-wrapped scallops

Round 4 (Steve Allen- Head Chef of Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's):
Holli: Five-spice tuna
Jay: Arctic Char
WINNER: You guessed it- Jay (TIED at 2 apiece)
FINAL ROUND (Stuart Gillies- Patron Chef at Savoy Grill):
Holli: Seared filet w/ blue cheese & broccoli
Jay: Grilled NY Strip Steak w/ tater tots

FINAL DINNER SERVICE:
Jay: Benjamin Knack (Garnish), Jason Ellis (Meat) & Fran Kiler (Appetizers)
Holli: Autumn Lewis (Garnish), Nilka Hendricks (Meat) & Siobhan Allgood (Appetizers)
Both teams struggle with at least one of the appetizers. Team Holli also forgets the garnishing on a lobster dish, and Team Jay undercooks some lamb. A little later, both Jason & Nilka have trouble on the beefy swing of things.
Win or lose, both finalists are going on an Australian adventure!
