"America's Next Great Restaurant" 3/20

Tonight's show begins w/ all of the remaining cooks working for an hour at a Chipotle location...which doesn't go all that well.

Since meltwOrks & Saucy Balls have the most popular restaurant names, they will remain named that way. As for the other restaurants, they are suggested to come up w/ new names.

Jamawn Woods changes his restaurant's name to Soul Daddy, the team of Greg Westcott & Krystal Seymour are revising the name of their place to Grill'Billies, Alex Terranova's going to try out Revolution Tacos, Sandy Digiovanni changes to Sinners & Saints, Sudhir Kandula switches to spicecoast (& he also changes his chef) & Marisa Zafran goes from Wok to Chao (but early on, one of her woks CATCHES ON FIRE).

BUSINESS TEST #2: Create a slogan.
CULINARY TEST #2: Make a signature dish based on the slogan at the program's home base called Restaurant Row. Again, whoever has the most coins in their box receives immunity for the week.

S & S ("Food for your mood"): Bacon cheddar & turkey meatloafs
spicecoast ("Eat flavorfully"): Grilled Samosa w/ mango & avocado relish
Chao ("The art of stir-fry"): Tofu & vegetable stir-fry w/ peanut sauce- DUD (not stir-fried when ready)
RT ("Explore. Discover. Indulge."): Asian pork wonton taco
SD ("Cookin' w/ heart & soul"): Collard greens w/ smoked turkey, loaded cornbread & grits
meltwOrks ("artisanal ingredients, endless possibilities"): Black Forest Ham, Gruvere & Jarlsberg grilled cheese w/ apple cinnamon compote
G'B ("Urban Grill w/ Southern Atitude. Be the Sauce"): Spice-rubbed skirt steak w/ slaw & crispy jalapeno
SB ("Italian home cooking fresh & fast"): Turkey meatballs w/ Gorgonzola sauce
compleat ("Flavor you can count on"): Chicken skewers over Greek salad

The winning restaurant this time is...

...Soul Daddy!

BOTTOM THREE: Chao (this is Marisa's second trip), compleat & Grill'Billies (also their second straight appearance)

It wasn't even close- Chao's forced to SHUT DOWN.
