POT: $6,200
THE FLOP: (KC)(8C)(4C)- DUD
TURN: JACK OF HEARTS (Broadway Alert for Laak; Gutshot Straight Draw Alert for Galfond)

Does Galfond continue in this hand after his $4.5K bet gets raised by Laak to $18,200...NO, Laak keeps the $28,900 pot.

Laak: DOUBLE QUEENS (Hearts & Clubs)
Klein: (AS)(KS)

POT: $44K
THE FLOP: (4S)(6H)(5C)

If Eric had kept his base hand, he would've had trip fours at this point, because he had both of the red ones. Bill folds in the meantime.

Galfond's trying to bluff Laak out by betting $53K...WIN for $131K!

3.

"The Ultimate Fighter" 4/27

PRELIMINARY FIGHT #5: Clay Harvison vs. Mick Bowman
Referee: Steve Mazzagatti

Tale of the Tape:

CLAY:
Age: 30
Height: 6"
Reach: 72"
MMA Record: 8-3

MICK:
Age: 25
Height: 6'1"
Reach: 73"
MMA Record: 7-2

Round 1: Mick's unsuccessful takedown at the 53-second mark resulted in him going down to the ground. Clay quickly escaped a triangle choke attempt by Mick near the 90-second mark.

Clay also WON an uneventful second round to clinch the victory!

However, it might NOT have been all be good news for him- while blocking a switch kick w/ his hand, he broke his pinky finger, so we might see him withdraw from the show as soon as next week. I hope that's not the case.

Royal Wedding Day '11 Results

LMaD: Jodi, dressed as a German instead of a Brit, has the option of:

Jonathan: Money bag
Curtain #1: $500
Curtain #2: $1K
Curtain #3: ???

She starts w/ #1, then trades for #2 before making this her final answer...the cash, which totals $2,100. I can tell you that TWO of the curtains had cars...well, her final middle curtain DIDN'T have one of them, but she did ultimately give up a trip to the Laguna Lodge Eco-Resort & Nature Reserve in Guatemala worth $4,712.

#1: Mazda2
#3: Nissan Sentra

Now, for this morning's episode of the "LMaD News".

Kammy's Round: Curtain #2- YES FOR $500
CONTENTS: Home gym ($6,074)

Erin's Round (she's dressed as a sailor): Small Box in front of Curtain #2 (Jonathan & Tiffany)- YES FOR $700
CONTENTS: Banana peel juice

Playing the Rock, Paper, Scissors Deal are Denise (who's a Go-Go dancer) & Christopher Sharon (a beauty pageant director dressed as a No-ZONK).

Red: Denise- SCISSORS
Green: Christopher- ROCK
Blue: PAPER

Chris then buys a chance at the KIA Forte (Curtain #1) w/ his one thou, but he BLOWS IT on the winning object of the rock & leaves w/ 2/10 of that amount (including the usual $100 for going for it). If Denise had won her qualifying round, she probably would've won the automobile, because it was under the scissors today.

Steering his way to play next is James (dressed as a boat captain). He's leading off the Diary Deal. Jonathan reads from Wayne's diary that there may be a donkey in Curtain #3. He declines as much as $1,100...the good news is that there's NOT a donkey back there, but the bad news is that he gets ZONKED anyway w/ a hot tub full of chocolate pudding. This deal will continue.

Going to the trading floor afterwards for Don't Blame Me are Victor (who's a USC fan), Kellie (who's wearing an orange T-shirt that says "My momma says I'm special" & Darlene (dressed as flowers).

Victor's Round: Bronze Envelope & Red Small Box

Kellie: BE- $700
Darlene: RSB- Luxury spa makeover package ($1,720)

Kellie's Round: Silver Envelope & Green Small Box

Victor: GSB- Trip to the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC ($2,876)
Darlene: SE- $1K (Current total: $2,720)

Darlene's Round: Gold Envelope & Big Box

Victor: GE- $800 (Current total: $3,676)
Kellie: BB- Electrolux washer/dryer ($4,136)(Current total: $4,836)

THE BIG RISK (Curtain #2): Ladies- Disgusting organic milkshake

Taylor (dressed as Cupid) hears from Jonathan's diary that Curtain #1 has something we've already seen so far on this episode. He's going for it after forfeiting $1,200...it's NOT the Mazda & he's DONE...but w/ the KIA!

THE BIG DEAL: Which means Kammy has a chance at the Friday Big Deal worth $25,906, which may or may not include a trip to England. But she DOESN'T win it w/ Door #2- rather, she'll be watching herself on a home entertainment center priced at $2,499.

#1: Trip to Brazil & his/her 2011 VESPA S-150Ss w/ a $6K bonus
#3: Living room ($7,024)

Taylor obviously became the hero of this hour.

TPiR: The Friday show, English apparel NOT included, starts off w/ Cassandra Groenendal, Debra Miller, Brian Fondren & Myra Morgan; the first IUFB is an iLuv electronics package (Manuela & Rachel). Since I see that royal blue turntable during George Gray's description of that prize package, whoever wins that gets the chance to go down the GOLDEN ROAD!

Cassandra: $1.5K/Brian: $900/Myra: $1,550/Debra: $1,501

ARP: $1,346

Leading w/ a box of (Target) Market Pantry Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, he can win a Dell laptop (Rachel w/ that turntable), a Great Lakes Spa set (Manuela at Door #1) & worth more than $71K...a Cadillac CTS-V Coupe (Fairly loaded; includes red paint & a two-year OnStar plan)(Amber at Door #2). After seeing that the mac & cheese costs 62 cents, he wins the $615 laptop before seeing this board for the spa...

$ 7 , _ 6 2

...& ZONKING OUT W/ THE SIX. Would he have gone for the Cadillac if only he had said $7,562...YES.

Cassandra: $750/ROBERT: $998/Myra: $800/Debra: $1K

She pushes to $6,279...& wins!

JENNIFER: $1,235/Robert: $1,101/Myra: $989/Debra: BUCK

Because Robert was wrong to add the extra buck, Myra instead redeems herself & plays Switch? for an AmTrak train trip across the Pacific Northwest marked at $5,420 (Manuela) & a trip to the Cape Codder Resort & Spa marked at $6,700 (Rachel). She leaves it alone...no, ma'am.

Coming out of the Peanut Gallery seventh is Kristin Kenny & the next prize package's a Cabinets To Go! vanity w/ four pieces of Juicy Couture beauty products (Manuela behind rising sign).

Jennifer: $800/Robert: $600/KRISTIN: $700/Debra: $900

ARP: $848

Jennifer plays Pick-a-Pair for an Aico queen bedroom group w/ a nook, all worth $11,846 (Rachel at Door #3). Friday's groceries are a box Zatarin's Panko-Style Bake & Crisp Chicken breading mix, a six-pack of General Mills Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk n' Cereal Bars, a can of Right Guard Sport Fresh Aerosol Deodorant, a can of Campbell's Cream of Potato soup, COMBAT Source Kill MAX gel & Iams Savory Sauce...& she wins instantly w/ the $1.69 mix & soup!

Third to be a red player will be Joshua Calhoun & the next IUFB's a Hatteras Hammock (Rachel at Door #3).

JOSHUA: $530/Robert: $600/Kristin: $601/Debra: $602

ARP: $830

Debra, the last member of the Friday First Four, plays Gas Money for the Chevrolet Cruze (Manuela). Board:

$16,995/$18,539/$21,300/$17,850/$19,292

I DON'T feel good about this playing...

1. $21,300- $1K
2. $19,292- TRIPLE
3. $18,539- $4K; BAILOUT
FINAL CHOICE: $16,995

...but she almost conquers it w/ $7K in her pockets!

(Note: As of the last playing, when this Pricing Game is lost, if there's any money on it at the time, the money meter goes back to zero.)

The last "TPiR" player this week's Annette Serrtuche & the concluding IUFB's a variety of Ryobi One cordless garden power tools (Rachel behind splitting sign).

Joshua: $1K/Robert: $1,199/Kristin: $1,002/ANNETTE: $750

Cake carrier: $20- $25 ($15 left)

6. Switch?

SCSD #2:
Annette ($6,376): $.80

Next week's episodes will be based around the new film "Jumping the Broom", which will premiere in theaters next Friday.

WoF: This is their go-home episode before the New Orleans road trip. Let's see how royal this Event Toss-Up puzzle is:

A / M O _ _ L I T

N _ _ _ _

On A MOONLIT NIGHT, Annie scores the initial $1K. We're going down the line in the interviewing department:

Annie Pacelli (Orange, CA)- Kindergarten teacher at Hicks Canyon Elementary School/sushi roller
Hollie Weber (St. Louis)- A married substitute teacher/stay-at-home mom who has a Home Economics degree & has a nickname of "Crazy Dog Lady" because she has at least one stray dog
Tyler Hohmann (Hillsboro, MO)- A Southern Illinois University Carbondale student studying Cinematography & two-year Ozark, IL Summer camp counselor who has a twin sister named Justine

$2K TU category's gonna be Show Biz:

S _ _ G E

_ _ _ _ G _ R

Annie triples up w/ the STAGE MANAGER, John Lauderdale.

The last desert-themed trip this week worth $5,800 could take someone to the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas ("Wheel" hasn't taped there in that particular resort) as we light up the Meineke Jackpot Round board for some Song Lyrics. Annie's first consonant choice is a $2,500 S, then she buys two E's & A's, calls a $600 T & a $500 R, purchases an I, but she then gets the right Bankrupt of the Million Dollar Wedge to flush $2,850 away. Secondly, Hollie calls two H's for $1,800 & buys three O's to clean out the vowels, then she has lit up a $300 W & three N's for $1,350 extra before we see...

O N / A / H O R S E

W I T H / N O / N A _ E

...& she says "ON A HORSE WITH NO NAME" by America to be ahead by $200 & get to start the next puzzle.

SOLE BANKRUPT: Annie
FINAL UNCLAIMED JACKPOT OF THE WEEK: $10,250

After the Same Letter title graphic comes up, she calls a $300 T but then lands on the same Bankrupt from the MDW. On his first turn of the night, Tyler calls for a $3.5K S but then gets the Lose a Turn. Third, Annie calls a $600 N but then a dud of R. Once she's regained control, Hollie calls another dud in N. Next, Tyler buys three E's & two I's but then hits the LaT a second time. Annie then purchases an A pair & then buys the O for free while on Free Play to close the vowel department prior to lighting the SL of four L's, good for another $3,200. Here's what we've got now...

L O _ E L I E S T

L E A _ I N _

L A _ _

...she may not be the LOVELIEST LEADING LADY, but she's $3,550 richer & stands at $6,550.

DUDS: $600 N (Hollie), $300 R (Annie)
LaTs: 2 (both by Tyler)
SOLE BANKRUPT: Hollie

Tyler tries for better luck in the Mystery/Prize Puzzle Round w/ What Are You Doing? as the question in mind. First are a $450 G but then a baddie of F while on the Mystery Wedge in between FP & LaT. Second for Annie are three N's for $1,800, three I's, two O's & an S for the Vegas vacation, followed by a couple of E's but then the natural Bankrupt next to $3.5K to lose $6,850 in cash & Vegas; that's her second Bankrupt tonight. Third, Hollie gets up there a D while on the other MW & makes the obvious flip...it's good for $10K! Afterwards are two L's for $1,800 & the last vowels of five A's...

_ E L A _ I N G / I N

A / _ O O L S I D E

_ A _ A N A

...& she has the right solution for another $11,550 & she'll be RELAXING IN A POOLSIDE CABANA on a $5,400 trip to the Divi Little Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten, for a new score of $20,150 in cash & travel.

SOLE DUD: F (Tyler)
SOLE BANKRUPT: Annie

TONIGHT'S SPIN ID: AB3653249 (Alice B. from Missouri)

The $3K TU's clue is Thing:

F _ _ _ L _

_ U S _ N E _ S

Hollie improves her FAMILY BUSINESS a little more & now has $23,150 in cash & trip.

Next to be solved is a Place. She leads off w/ a $1K pair of T's & duds out w/ an E buy before it's time for Last Chance Mode...

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ T _ _ _

_ _ _ T _

...w/ the remaining consonants each valued at $1,600. She later gains control of the twin I's...

I N _ _ R M _ T I _ N

_ _ _ T H

...& will be reporting to the INFORMATION BOOTH on some tips to play the bonus round, because she's going there w/ $3,950 more & $27,100 in cash & St. Maarten! Annie has $6,550 & Tyler gets the $1K gooseegg gift.

$34,650 in cash & trip was awarded in that maingame.

DUDS:
Prior to big bell: E (Hollie)
After that: S (Annie)

TONIGHT'S BANKRUPT TRASH: $10K in cash & Vegas

Big Money Round: Hollie Weber's spin of the Bonus Wheel calls a halt on the E of GAME & her BMR subject's Thing. This nine-letter puzzle starts w/:

_ _ _ _ _

_ _ S _

HDCA results in the following being added...

D _ _ _ _

D _ S H

...partly because she doesn't remember her dog job now, she can't get DOGGY DISH to become the second straight $35K winner. She leaves w/ $27,100 in cash & vacation.

But she then Bankrupts in the same way Brad did to lose out on five G's. Second, Mary gets the three C's for $1.5K &...

T I M E / T O

M _ _ I C

T E _ C H E R

...after she & I say it's TIME TO FACE THE MUSIC TEACHER, she now has $8,465 in cash & train adventure.

Mary continues to try & stay on the right track w/ three T's for $900, two E's, three A's, a $300 H & a couple N's for another $1K deposit, but she then duds out on the $3.5K space w/ S. Second, Brad also calls a dud in R. Third, Christina lights up double F's for $1,200 & buys five O's, but her next consonant call of M's no good. Once we get back to Mary, she loses another turn w/ P, allowing Brad to call two V's while on the Mystery Wedge next to the Million Dollar one. He takes the $2K buyout...

T H E / F O O T / O F

A N / A _ T _ V E

V O _ _ A N O

...& by successfully avoiding the Bankrupt there, he bags another two thou & a holiday to somewhere near THE FOOT OF AN ACTIVE VOLCANO, the Hilton Waikoloa Village priced at $6,815, for a new leading haul of $11,815 in cash & Hawaii.
