Cody: Razor clam & Andouille dressing w/ celery, peppers & onion, plus a lime pickle vinaigrette w/ Dijon mustard & honey

Linda: Sauteed razor clams w/ Andouille sausage, celery & green onion
Richard: Razor Clam Opelousas w/ white wine, scallions & cilantro
Justin: Gumbo w/ onion, celery & green peppers
