Ryan: Seared tuna belly w/ chickpea salad, onions & paprika

Danushka: Seared tuna belly w/ dandelion salad, bacon & shallots
Michael: Tuna Belly Sashimi w/ chickpea puree, onions & lime juice
Matt: Tuna belly two ways w/ chickpea puree, soy sauce, peanut oil & white wine

Lamb top round, rutabagas, carrot jam & grenadine syrup


Matt: Grilled lamb top round w/ rutabaga puree, Worcestershire & Dijon mustard (his griddle pan caught fire w/ about two minutes left on the clock)

Ryan: Roasted lamb top round w/ rutabaga puree, butter & olive oil
Danushka: Marinated lamb top round w/ rutabaga puree, garlic & rosemary

NO LADY IN THIS WEEK'S FINAL

DESSERT R:
Arak, canned pumpkin, Amaretti cookies & cayenne pepper


Matt: Pumpkin custard w/ cayenne cream, cream & sugar

Ryan: Pumpkin fritter w/ milk, eggs & cinnamon

It would have been a hard-hearted judge to have awarded Ryan, the better chef, and taken the food from the mouths of Matts 5 adorable girls.
