Appetizer: Black radishes, smoked beef tongue, garbanzo beans & Italian anchovies

Anne: Seared beef tongue w/ anchovy cream sauce, mirin, mustard & rice wine vinegar- CHOPPED ALREADY
Stephan: Roasted beef tongue w/ anchovy & garbanzo ragout, carrots, celery & onion
Jamie: Seared beef tongue w/ garbanzo beans, shallots, red peppers & balsamic vinegar
Steve: Romaine salad w/ seared beef tongue, Ricotta, shallots & mushrooms

Entree: Halibut, aquavit, Chinese spinach & Mexican chorizo

Steve: Halibut stuffed w/ chorizo, roasted potatoes, sage & yellow peppers
Stephan: Grilled Halibut w/ rice, sauteed spinach & yellow peppers- CHOPPED
Jamie: Pan-roasted Halibut w/ braised spinach, chorizo ragout, potatoes, anchovies & shallots

DESSERT: Banana chips, sugar cane, almond butter & umeboshi


Steve: Sable breton w/ creme anglaise, eggs, flour & golden raisins
Jamie: Bombolone w/ Ricotta, flour & eggs- STEVE WINS 100 "BENJAMINS"
